We've been in business for over 50 years and over 10 years in the San Fernando Valley and we've been fairly successful…. One of the big reasons for our success is we listen to our customers.  In listening to our customers, Wes Rydell found that a majority of folks find the negotiation process distasteful, so he decided to do a couple of things…….
